Meet Katlyn Dezarn, the heart and soul behind Dezarn Designs! As the owner and lead planner, Katlyn’s approach to wedding planning is all about practicality and functionality. While she loves creating beautiful events, she knows it’s just as important to ensure everything flows seamlessly. From the venue layout to the timing of each moment, she meticulously plans every detail to make sure your big day is not only stunning but also stress-free.

With a background in engineering, Katlyn brings a sharp eye for detail and a knack for solving problems. She thrives on handling unexpected situations and finding creative solutions to any challenge that comes her way. No matter what curveballs the day throws, you can count on Katlyn to keep things running smoothly with her calm demeanor and quick thinking, ensuring your wedding is everything you’ve dreamed of.

Outside of planning weddings she on the quest to visit as many national parks as she is able to! Her current favorite is Olympic National Park! She also loves being able to spend time with her husband and two dogs, Kooper and Krisi. She is also a big fan of Guy Fierri (yes, the mayor of flavortown), The Amazing Race and would pay BIG money to live in the Bridgerton universe!

ABBY
Abby has been in more wedding parties than you can count and is getting married this December! She is someone who is the planner of her friend group and understands the complex logistics behind making a design happen. Abby also loves getting to spend time with her family and dog Ash, grab a coffee at a new cafe and loves to volunteer at the Houston Rodeo

SICILY
Sicily comes to us with great relationships in the wedding industry after modeling in many styled shoots and having an amazing idea of how to treat customers with care as a realtor! She is also a boy mom, proud University of Houston graduate and loves living down in Galveston but could use some coffee shop recommendations!
EMMA
Originally from sunny Southern California, Emma actually grew up just down the street from Katlyn and they both reconnected when they ended up both moving to Houston! She’s a former D1 athlete, which speaks to her dedication and drive, espicially when making it through those long wedding days. Emma is always up for an adventure, whether it’s traveling new places, indulging in some McDonald’s french fries or chasing around her pup Rio.
