In the initial phase, we’ll help you prioritize your budget and secure the Big 5 vendors (venue, photographer, cinematographer, DJ, and caterer) ensuring the key details are handled and your vision is on track to becoming a reality.
Once we’ve locked in most of your dream team, it’s time to dive into the fun part... the design phase! This is one of our favorite stages because it’s all about capturing what makes the two of you unique, ensuring your wedding reflects your personalities and leaves your guests saying, "This is so them!" And with our team, you can trust that every detail will be perfectly executed, going beyond just a Pinterest board to create an unforgettable experience.
Coordination
As we finalize the timeline and connect with your vendors, you’ll feel the excitement building as all the pieces come together into one stunning celebration. We’ll work closely with your photographer to craft a timeline that ensures every moment is perfectly captured, and then coordinate with the rest of your team to make sure everything runs smoothly. In these final months, you can relax and enjoy knowing that every detail is being expertly managed and your big day is shaping up to be everything you’ve dreamed of!
