When you purchase a ticket, you are agreeing to all these terms as these rules are to ensure everyone's safety and experience at an event hosted by Dezarn Designs.

1. Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Photographer agrees to participate in a styled photoshoot organized by Dezarn Designs and any co-planners.

2. Date and Location
The styled photoshoot is scheduled to take place on February 17th 2025 at a Private Residence that will be disclosed after booking. The Photographer agrees to arrive at the location promptly at the agreed-upon time.

3. Services to be Provided

3.1 Photographer's Services: The Photographer agrees to provide photography services for the styled shoot, including capturing images of the models, decor, and other elements as directed by the Organizer.

3.2 Ownership and Usage Rights: The Photographer retains ownership of the photographs taken during the styled shoot. The Organizer is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials, with proper attribution to the Photographer.

4. Expenses
The Photographer will be responsible for their own expenses, including travel, accommodation, and any additional costs associated with participating in the styled shoot unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

5. Model Releases
The Organizer is responsible for obtaining model releases from all individuals featured in the styled shoot. The Photographer is not liable for any issues related to model releases.

6. Photo Delivery
The Photographer agrees to deliver edited high-resolution images to the Organizer within 30 days after the styled shoot, unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Payment
All photographers are required to fully pay off their tickets, even if a payment plan is offered. If the photographer cannot attend the event, they are to understand that a refund is not feasible as the styled shoots funds are used immediately but are not limited to flowers, rentals, goods, etc. The photographer is allowed to resale their ticket to another photographer but must be transparent with this exchange to the host who is not responsible for any of the reselling process. If the event has officially ended and the photographer was not able to attend, the host is not liable for a refund of any sort.

8. Harassment and Consent
Any events hosted by Dezarn Designs are a safe space for all kinds of vendors, photographers, and models. Any sort of harassment or discrimination of one's color, age, weight, gender disability, or sexual orientation is completely prohibited. We also ask you to double-check with the models, single models acting as a pair or even couples if they are okay with any sort of posing or PDA.

9. Sharing the Shot
You are required to work with a team of photographers, please be flexible, open-minded, and courteous of your fellow peers. Please allow rotations of photo concepts or ideas, and do not gatekeep models. If a complaint arises, the photographer will be asked kindly "share the floor" but if this continues, the photographer may be subject to removal.

10. Publishing
When publishing any content from the styled shoot, you are REQUIRED to tag all vendors properly. This also goes towards the publication of any sort but not limited to social media, magazines, websites, etc. Please put credit where it is due.

11. Termination
If any of these terms or rules are broken on the day of the styled shoot, the photographer may be subject to removal from the styled shoot without a refund given.
