I will be there with you throughout the entire wedding planning process! By your side, we will discuss, monitor and coordinate every aspect of planning your big day from budget planning to I Do!

Provide vendor/venue referrals as needed and attend major vendor meetings
Provide corresponding budgets to vendors
Negotiate contracts
Manage budget and provide updates
Full comprehensive list of wedding to do's
Scheduled emails and phone calls to prepare for your big day
Monthly check lists and check ups on progress
Diagrams of location and decoration placement including a mock table setting
Help with wedding design comprehension and execution
Ceremony outline, Processional instructions and coordination of Wedding Party
Full timeline constructed with and approved by client, to be distributed to all vendors and others as needed
Timing and cues with Officiant and music provider
A full Wedding Bible! A Document you won't get with any other planner!

Wedding Day:

Confirmation of all vendors, including fulfilling contracts/payments
Ensure the Decoration of reception is as planned
Coordination of wedding party entrance
Coordination of all reception vendors
All items identified in event management package

You have your four inch wedding binder, all of the details are ironed out but you need someone there to ensure your vision comes to life. This is for the bride whose venue sets up their tables and chairs, whose florist is doing their decor, who realized at the last minute they might need a coordinator to help it all come together as they have visioned! I will step in 8 weeks before to do just that!
