I will be there with you throughout the entire wedding planning process! By your side, we will discuss, monitor and coordinate every aspect of planning your big day from budget planning to I Do!

Provide vendor/venue referrals as needed and attend major vendor meetings
Provide corresponding budgets to vendors
Negotiate contracts
Manage budget and provide updates
Full comprehensive list of wedding to do's
Scheduled emails and phone calls to prepare for your big day
Monthly check lists and check ups on progress
Diagrams of location and decoration placement including a mock table setting
Help with wedding design comprehension and execution
Ceremony outline, Processional instructions and coordination of Wedding Party
Full timeline constructed with and approved by client, to be distributed to all vendors and others as needed
Timing and cues with Officiant and music provider
A full Wedding Bible! A Document you won't get with any other planner!

Confirmation of all vendors, including fulfilling contracts/payments
Ensure the Decoration of reception is as planned
Coordination of wedding party entrance
Coordination of all reception vendors

We’ll step in 8 weeks before your wedding day to take over all logistics, coordinating with your vendors and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Whether it's liaising with your venue, florist, or other vendors, we’ll make sure your family and friends can focus on celebrating with you rather than managing tasks. With 10 hours of dedicated service on the day-of, a day-before rehearsal, and a final venue walkthrough, you can trust that your vision will be executed flawlessly, leaving you free to soak in every joyful moment.
